Greg has been Bloomberg's Canada Economics Reporter for more than a decade in Ottawa, and before that was a currency and bond reporter in Toronto.

Over that time Mr. Quinn has covered the Canadian dollar's record low and record high, four Bank of Canada Governors, the turmoil of Canada's response to the global credit crisis and its era of minority governments.

He has a Master's degree in journalism from Columbia University, a Master's in economics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick.

Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Greg and his wife Amanda have two young daughters. He is an active player in the most Canadian sport of curling.
